is a large layout depicting the electrified West Coast Main Line in the 1980s. It features authentic, working, near-scale 25kV AC overhead electrification.
is another large layout, this time portraying the electrified Woodhead line in the 1960s and 70s. It too features authentic, working, near-scale overhead, but this time depicting the 1500V dc system.
(New link soon to be installed) in 00 gauge and set in the 1930s.
- Skipley represents a typical ex-Midland Railway line in the West Yorkshire area during the 1960s. The layout is currently on semi-permanent display (it stays there, unless required for exhibition elsewhere) at the:

Other Layouts: Under Construction

Other club layouts, which are still under construction, include:
- Streatham Mainline (New link soon to be installed.), is an imaginary ex-Southern line in south London, in the 1980s-1990s.
is the club's latest big project now making progress. This is a model of the ex-Great Northern Railway junctions in east Nottingham and set during the 1950s-60s. As well as the ex-GNR lines, it will also feature the ertswhile Nottingham Suburban line and the still-surviving former Midland Railway route to Newark and Lincoln. Although still under construction, three of the baseboards were at the March 2007 NOTTINGHAM East Midlands MODEL RAILWAY EXHIBITION, as part of a major feature to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Great Northern Railway arriving in the City of Nottingham and the opening of its lines into London Road Low Level, as depicted in the model.

- Llanbedrog, is currently being built in EM gauge, as a fictional extension of the Cambrian Coast line.
- Springfield, in H0 gauge, represents a down-town commercial district of an imaginary east coast US city. This layout is currently in store awaiting refurbishment.

There are other layouts, which have been built by and are owned by individual members, that are also available for exhibitions. The first, Wheelock Mill, appears below. We hope, in due course, to also feature these on our website. So, watch this space !
- Wheelock Mill (New link soon to be installed) A New England paper mill rail-connected to CP Rail (Canadian Pacific) in the 1970s.
