Harvey Hadden is very well served by public transport. There are excellent train services into Nottingham. Both local and inter-city services are operated by East Midlands Trains, with frequent bus services between the railway station and the city centre (Nottingham City Transport'sServices 5, *6, 7, 8, 9, *10 and 11), and then onwards between the city centre and Harvey Hadden Sports Complex (Nottingham City Transport'sService *28). * = main services.
PLEASE NOTE: Nottingham has a new tram operator. Unlike previous years, Nottingham City Transport's bus tickets (including Day Rider, Group Rider and Easy Rider) are NOT now accepted by the new tram operator !
Similarly, tickets issued on the tram are no longer accepted on NCT's buses. So, if you want to travel on the tram for part of your journey, you will need to purchase a seperate ticket.
The nearest Railway Station is Nottingham (formerly Nottingham Midland)

Last year's NOTTINGHAM exhibition (last March) was again a huge success, being opened by Pete Waterman, attendances held up well.
Visitors travelled from all over the country and beyond. They were wowed with stunning, and sometimes spectacular, layouts.
There were how-to-do-it demonstrations and a whole host of specialist suppliers and manufacturers, plus all the main specialist scale and gauge societies were are hand to show how they could help modellers.
A major attraction was the book launches by Book Law Publications, who again released several new titles at the event. Watch out for the new titles planned to be released at next year's show !
